如貨品於產品7日內有壞包換購物保障保養期內出現問題,顧客必須攜同貨品(須要保留完整包裝)、所附送的配件,和相關的單據,親臨客戶服務中心作檢查或維修(需自行預約)。所攜同的產品包裝需為原始包裝。若顧客於產品保養期內未經本公司許可交與第三方維修保養,本公司將會即時終止提供相關的保養服務,而未經許可的維修費用恕不會退回。本公司將保留權利決定該產品確屬問題產品和保留測試你的產品權利。

如有任何爭議,Brilliant Channel 將保留最終決定權。

以下不包括保障範圍內:

a)產品之任何部份有碎裂、生銹、水漬、腐蝕、裂痕、灼燒、 凹凸、損毀、不完整 的零件及其他表面損壞。

b)人為意外、疏忽、輸入不適當的電壓、安裝或測試不當、擅自修理或改裝所造成之 損壞;使用不當器材或器材本身之不正常運作所引致之直接或間接損壞。

c)原裝保用標籤被撕除、塗改或不完整;且產品序號必須與保養証上相同(如適用) 。

d)客戶提供虛假保養訊息。但在本公司的判斷下如產品是屬於可以維修的,公司或按情況可能對客戶就更換零件及配件另行報價,在客戶同意下進行收費的修理,更換後 之損壞零件及配件歸屬本公司。

e)因天然災害導致產品損壞,包括火災、水災、地震或戰爭等


f) 因改變想法、體驗不佳、價格浮動等與機件故障問題並無直接關係的理由。
