- 中國釀造始於1918年，以清酒和燒酒為主要產品，而他們的威士忌戶河內只得二十多年歷史。
- 戶河內的威士忌主要是來自蘇格蘭和加拿大，當買下原酒後，首先將酒桶存放在原產地三年，再將它們運回日本。只在日本進行陳年。由外國來的原酒將會放入白蘭地和雪莉桶中進行陳年。因為他們沒有自家的蒸餾所，所以將所有威士忌陳年在一條荒廢的JR鐵路之中，因為環境長年不變。隧道內長期維持於溫度14度和大約80%濕度，除了每年的Angle' s Share 基本上一樣，成品的水準的維持亦因此得到更大程度的保證。
- 户河内威士忌梅酒用上自家釀造的南高梅梅酒跟威士忌調和而成，清新的梅子跟輕柔的威士忌香氣融合，先是温柔的威士忌味輕輕淺出，淡淡的梅子酸味隨後便至，清新怡人而且甜酸度平衡。

- Aroma: aromatic plum fragrance and slight aroma of whiksy
- Taste: A very rich plum taste with balanced sweet, followed by slightly sour, finished with a short aftertaste.
- Feature: Whisky umeshu uses a plum wine made of Nanko-ume, considered the highest quality of Japanese ume, blended with Togouchi whisky. The crisp taste makes you drink more without boring.
