1. Order Placement and Cancellation:

   b. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it can be canceled within 5 hours of order placement. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.

   b. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address and product availability.
   c. We strive to deliver products within the estimated time frame, but we do not guarantee specific delivery dates or times.

3. Product Availability:
   a. All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative options, such as a refund or a replacement product of similar value.
   b. If multiple products are ordered and one or more items are out of stock, we may ship the available items separately and inform you accordingly.

4. Shipping and Delivery:
   a. We offer shipping services to the provided address within our designated delivery zones.
   b. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for any delays or delivery failures arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.
   c. If there are any issues with the delivery, such as non-receipt or damaged products, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

5. Returns and Refunds:
   a. We accept returns and provide refunds or exchanges for eligible products within 5 days of the delivery date,
   b. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging,sealed packed and  tags intact.
   c. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase, within a reasonable time frame after the returned product is received and inspected.

6. Warranty:

   b. Warranty claims should be made directly to the manufacturer or as specified in the product documentation.
