For Online purchases:

We, amie et copain will take picture and check for the purchased items & delivery information before delivery. There is no exchange & refund for the item(s).

If the paid items has been shortage by supplier, we will refund within 48hours. The amount of of refund is based on the amount of the shortage item which client paid if the client pay by cash/ bank transfer. There is service charge by Paypal if client paid by paypal. Thus, the amount of refund of shortage item, it will be deducted from the service charge by Paypal.

For purchase at Store:

Clients need to check the quality & quantities of purchased item(s) before you left the store. Otherwise, there is no exchange & refund for the item(s).
