Return and Exchange
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns for up to 14 days from receiving your order. All refunds will be refunded in the form of store credit. Please be aware on the credit expiry date.
If you wish to return your item(s), please email us: email@example.com. We will review your request and once authorized, we will send you a email.
At least 5 business days will be needed to processing the credit transfer.

Returns & Exchange Terms
- All returns will be refunded in the form of online shop credit.
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days from receiving your order.
- All returns must be shipped out within 10 days from receiving our email.
- Returned item(s) must be in original condition with all tags and original packaging attached. Tags must not be removed, cut or damaged. Returned item(s) must remain unworn and in the original condition.
- All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will not pay for or refund these fees.
- Return packages are the customer's responsibility until items are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package.
- Some items are not eligible for return or exchange. See the list of not eligible for return items below.
- Store Credit and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
- Upon dispute, Tranquil jewellery reserves the right to make the final decision
