退換貨政策

• 寄貨之顧客於7天/ 門市取貨之顧客於3天 包括星期六日及公眾假期(以送貨記錄為準) 後不接受任何理由退換,逾期恕不受理。

• 本司售賣嘅產品都是全新原廠正版平衡入口貨 (水貨)，注意產品會預先被打開，而手機會被啟動後才交予客戶。客户必須即時檢查機身有否損壞。檢查完畢及收妥後，不設任何退/換機服務。
• 購買後選定的款式、顏色及取件方法，其後不得更改及不得退換
• 我們只接受以下退貨理由：

        1) 商品有損壞/有缺陷
        2) 不是你訂購的商品

• 以下情況不接受退換

        1) 產品已受人為破損、有污漬或不完整、已用水或清潔劑清洗過
        2) 產品與網站照片色差
        3) 改變心意而退貨
        4) 更改顏色
        5) 購買錯誤
        6) 不喜歡此產品
        7) 品牌或產品本身的硬件 / 韌體 / 系統 / 軟件設計問題

1. 客人收件後請在3天內檢查貨品之所有功能，機身及配件有沒有損壞 (非人為導致) ，配件是否齊全，以確保運送途中沒有出現任何問題。如有問題，請立即聯絡本公司，並且必須保留【原有包裝】(包括機盒，機盒原有隔層完好無缺，沒有破損及跟貨所有配件 )

3. 本司只能保證出售之貨品在香港能正常使用，其他地區(頻譜不一樣，區域鎖，或某些地區性功能...等）我司無法保證

4. 水貨有可能支援不到八達通付款, 只可以用作查數。

5. 關於5G既溫馨提示, 支援5G的電子產品本公司不能保證全部功能可以正常使用。因爲水貨會存在與香港5G頻譜不同的情況，顧客需要自行聯絡電信營辦商作進一步確認。
