1 Exhange Policy
1.1 You (i.e. the Customer) are entitled to return and replace any products (for the same model) within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that the products are proved and confirmed to be defective by the agents, suppliers and/or manufacturers. Any products may only be returned and replaced once.
1.2 If the replacement products are out of stock, you may exchange other available products of the same dollar value as at the date of purchase of the products.
1.3 The returned products must be in their original condition and packaging without any physical damage and/or scratch together with original sales invoice, receipts and warranty card (which shall not be completed). The serial numbers on the returned products must be the same as those on invoices.
1.4 This Guarantee shall not be applicable where the return and replacement of products are due to price fluctuation in the open market and/or software problems.
1.5 Any orders not paid for within 7 working days will be automatically considered cancelled.
1.6 This Guarantee shall not be applicable for
(a) products sold under special offers and/products, especially discounted products;
(b) products broken, damaged or become defective by your inappropriate use or maintenance;
(c) accessories and special privileges / benefits / gifts included ;
(d) products without sales invoices, receipts and warranty card (which shall not be completed);
(e) products with physical damage and/or scratches;
(f) products that have been registered under their respective warranties;
(g) consumable products such as screen protectors.
1.7 All orders delivered erroneously will be redelivered after verification, all costs associated will be bared by the Company.
1.8 All items can only be exchanged once, erroneously delivered items excepted.
2 Refund
2.1 Subject to Clause 1 hereinabove, products are not refundable or exchangeable. Sold prices on invoice is final, in the event of price adjustment, price difference is not refundable in any circumstances.
2.2 In the event that wrong amount was input for all product payment, excess amount will be refunded, however, $50 administration cost will incur. We strongly suggest that all customers check carefully the payment amount.
3 Payment
3.1 You may be required to pay deposit(s) for the product. Such deposit(s) are not transferable for the purchase of other products or models. In the event that you pay any deposit to hold any products, the deposit shall be forfeited as liquidated damages and not as penalty if the purchase is not competes within 30 days from the date of payment of such deposit. If the product is out of stock, deposit paid by you (if any) shall be refunded to you without interest. Otherwise, the deposit is not refundable.
3.2 You shall be liable to pay the full purchase price of the product and delivery fee before our delivery of the product, failing which GSE, the company shall be entitled to withhold or cancel delivery of the product.
3.3 In the event of refund due to delivery difficulty, all credit card and PayPal payments shall be refunded through the [ card issuing/paying ] banks; All cash payments shall be refunded by cash; All bank transfer payments shall be refunded by bank transfer.
4 Delivery
4.1 It is acknowledged and agreed that all delivery dates and times stated by GSE’s website or staff are merely estimates and GSE and its staff shall not be liable for any loss or damaged incurred or suffered by you as a result of late delivery or non-delivery of products.
4.2 If you do not pick up or arrange delivery of the purchase within 30 days after notice, you may subject to forfeit the product or partial payment as compensation for storage costs.
5 Warranty Terms
5.1 The warranty terms shown on website or invoice are for quick reference only. Details of the warranty refer to the official information of the manufacturers or distributors. GSE would try the best on warranty accuracy but shall not be liable for any loss incurred or suffered by misrepresentation of warranty terms.
Delivery Terms
Delivery Services includes delivery to SF Express Service Centres, SF Stores and Industrial and Commercial Buildings.Excludes all Hong Kong Remote and Island Areas
Excludes Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan and all Overseas locations
Delivery Services does not include: Hong Kong International Airport, Tung Chung Area, Ma Wan, Island Districts, Special Warehouses, locations with no elevator services, other remote areas, closed/restricted areas, for more details, please contact our staff.
All delivery costs are calculated automatically.
This website’s “delivery costs” are calculated by all costs associated with handling and delivery, including third party logistics solutions, their packaging and human capital costs. All “delivery costs” does not equal to final amount being deducted by logistics solution.
All products purchased on this website’s can utilise Local Delivery Service (SF Express delivery services) to your designated address.
A) Items in Stock – after order has been confirmed and successfully paid for, order will be delivered within 2-7 days
B) Pre-Order Items – after order has been confirmed and all balance is paid in full, order will be delivered within 7 days of Item Release Date
All Delivery Times includes: preparation of package, shipment, transit to destination.
Delivery Status Queries
a) Items In Stock – after order has been confirmed and successfully paid for, email notification will be sent with tracking code within 2 working days.
b) Pre-Order Items – after order has been confirmed and successfully paid for, email notification will be sent within 7 working days of Item Release Date.
1. Extended Delivery Delay
After receipt of Order Invoice email, if order is delayed for extended periods of time, please utilise the tracking code included to contact relevant logistics solution customer service to enquire on the status of delivery.

2. Unclaimed Delivery
If, under any circumstance, the delivery is not received by designated address causing failure of delivery, logistics company shall notify you by telephone or sms messages, at the receipt of notification, please proceed to contact with the logistics company in question as soon as possible. All out-bound shipment undelivered for 7 days without being able to establish contact with you shall be delivered to logistics storage facility. Should logistics company be unable to establish contact with you 1 month after initial shipment, order shall be considered forfeited and items shall be returned to GSE, no refund nor exchange shall be facilitated unless under special circumstances.
3. Package Damage during delivery
If the package is damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse delivery, GSE will facilitate in arranging a direct exchange for item/s and delivered to you under the same delivery arrangement, all costs associated with exchanging will be bared by GSE.
4. Others
Should there be other problems with delivery, GSE shall try all reasonable and available means to follow up with out logistics partners, you can also contact our customer services staff for enquiry of delivery status.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of this Privacy Policy, the Chinese version shall prevail.
