When will we send your order?

After we receive your order, we will send your order within 96hours. (Except holidays)

About package

All products will be tested strictly before shipping. We will use anti-vibration package, in order to ensure that your package can be safely delivered to you. So you have no worries.

How long does it take for me to receive the package?

We use our co-operative logistics, promised delivery time is 15-90days, if you do not receive the package within 60 days, we will give you a refund or send your order again. Your money is safe.

What if I received a product error or damage?

If you receive a product error or damage, please contact us immediately, we will respond quickly and give you a solution, you will get a refund or replacement service.

About warranty service.

We promise warranty One Year and we will repair it free of charge (Should keep items without detached),The charged of returning and reshipping should be paid by customer.
