Warm Note:

1.Mac OS system doesn't support a triple display.

2.When the ambient temperature is around 82.9°F(28.3°C ), the working temperature of this hub can reach up to 119.3°F(48.5°C), which may feel warm to the touch, but should not result in burns with brief contact.

3.The interference between USB 3.0 and 2.4GHz WiFi can be solved by changing to USB 2.0 ports or WiFi 5G.

4.The USB ports are intended for data transfer. They provide insufficient power output for charging.

5.The resolution is 4K@60Hz when you use iPad Pro. For iPad Pro, it can only be used for RJ45, USB C charging and HDMI output functions, USB3.0, USB 2.0, SD/TF card reader doesn't work.

6.The USB C port of this product is only for charging USB C laptops that support USB power delivery (PD). The USB C port of this product does not support data transfer.

Q1: CAN'T charge my devices

A1: Check the host USB-C port of your device support power delivery or not.

Q2: My device is without USB C Port, will it work with my device if I use a USB C Female to USB Male Adapter?

A2: NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It WON'T work!!
