- Massage Chairs: Approximately 14 working days for warehouse direct delivery
(ITSU will contact the customer to arrange delivery).
- Small Products: Approximately seven working days via SF Express.
- Delivery Time: Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 6 pm (excluding public holidays).
- Additional Fees: If there is no elevator access at the delivery address, an additional service fee of HK$120 per floor
(5 to 10 steps count as one floor) will be charged (excluding the ground floor).
If there are additional transportation costs involved during delivery, the charges will be determined by the driver,
with a basic fee of HK$50 per 100 meters. The final charge will be determined by the driver.
For details on extra charges, please contact customer service or refer to the logistics fee schedule.
- Certain remote areas such as Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Lantau Island, Sha Tau Kok, Discovery Bay, Peng Chau, etc.,
