1. 本公司出售的貨品.附有保用證[或保用貼紙],除另有說明，一般產品保用一年（註： 電池保用6個月）。

2. 所有貨品購買日期起,如十日內有壞,可憑單據到本公司更換同型號產品的新機,但產品表面必須沒有明顯損傷及非人為損壞。

3. 如該產品停產,客戶必須同意, 更換同等價值產品 或 補差額更換高型號產品 或 本公司有售的其它產品 或 按巿價及合理折舊率退回金錢。

4. 如因下列情況,本公司將拒絕維修 或需收取費用：

人為損壞或產品表面有明顯損傷
保用期已過,自行改裝產品 /自行作不必要拆開產品
不正當使用,包括錯誤更新韌體(firmware)
不可抗拒損壞,例如 :水災,火災,電擊導致產品損壞
產品序列號被改或不見.(如本身產品不存在序列號,則不受此限)

5. 對於儲存裝置的損壞,而導致資料損壞,恕不負責,請客人多做備份.以減少損失
