- Dom Ruinart Rosé presents a vibrant colour, a deep coral with delicate copper tones. A true entrepreneur, Nicholas Ruinart fulfilled the ambition of his uncle, the Benedictine monk Dom Thierry Ruinart, to make Ruinart the premier champagne house.
