• Hitachino Nest啤酒是Kiuchi酒廠頂尖的精釀品牌。1823年，Kiuchi酒廠在日本鴻巣村由Kiuchi Gihei村長建立，主要釀造清酒。1996年，憑藉清酒釀造技術，Kiuchi酒廠開始進軍啤酒產業，生產了Hitachino Nest啤酒。自此之後，Hitachino Nest啤酒聲名鵲起，在全球榮獲多項大獎。現在Hitachino品牌不僅僅因其獨特的貓頭鷹圖案為世人熟知，更因其創新的精釀啤酒為大家喜愛。
• Hitachino Nest Beer is a brand of Kiuchi Brewery’s quality top-fermented ales. The Kiuchi Brewery started sake brewing in 1823 by Kiuchi Gihei, the headman of Kounosu village. They started brewing Hitachino Nest Beer in 1996 with a hint of their traditional sake brewing method. Since then, they have made a name and won numerous awards worldwide. Hitachino is now well known not only as of unique “Owl” character, but also its innovative brews.

• 1 x White Ale： This White Ale is brewed with wheat malt, and flavored with coriander, orange peel and nutmeg.
• 1 x Espresso Stout: A Russian Imperial Stout brewed with well-roasted espresso beans. The Espresso Stout gives you a perfect balance of rich malts and coffee flavor.
• 1 x Lager: A hoppy pilsner that is perfect for the hot summer days. The Lager uses a very special breed of hops from New Zealand – Nelson Sauvin. As the hop bitterness cuts through the malt, it also brings out a bowl of fruits with aromas of peaches, guava, and sauvignon grapes.
• 1 x Saison du Japon: Saison du Japon is our interpretation of the traditional Belgian style Saison, brewed with unique Japanese ingredients. The sourness of the Saison yeast matches that of the rice koji and enhances the drinkability of this, smooth, unfiltered and aromatic beer.
• 1 x Commemorative Ale: A full bodied beer with beautifully dense foam. The Commemorative ale has sweet wheat flavors, pleasant bitterness and unique spicy aromas with orange peel, coriander, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla beans.
