歷史化悠久的Château Sarraziere由Jean家族擁有，葡萄種植者自1963年以來從父親傳久承到兒子。多年來莊園面積大幅增加，1974年只有16公頃, 到1980年約為35公頃。
在80年代Henri Jean與他的父親在這定居下來, 並以Château Sarraziere命名這酒莊, Sarraziere 正是這個地方的名字。家族對葡萄酒的熱情促使亨利的兄弟帕特里克於1984年安頓下來，為該物業增加了40公頃的土地。
