• In the South West of France, the vineyards of the appellation Cotes de Gascogne enjoys an oceanic climate and terroirs, such as Boulbenes and Terrefort, suitable for wine growing.

• Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng

Tasting Notes

• Golden colour with a brilliant disc and slightly silvery reflections. Expressive and complex, the nose reveals many aromas: citrus fruits (pink grapefruit), exotic fruits (mango, pineapple), white flesh fruits (quince, pear) and honey notes. The mouth, with an unctuous attack, reminds the richness of the nose. The palate is ample, offering floral notes, fruity and acidulous. A well-balanced wine with a generous and long final supported by a remarkable freshness.

• Foie Gras, desserts, and roquefort (blue cheese)
