The house heritage fragrance, is a lovely paradox, full of light yet balanced with dark subtlety. Balenciaga Paris is a Chypre violet which magnifies an innovative Chypre accord with the green and luminous facets of the violet.
As the scent opens, an airy bouquet of violets is set against the charm of dried petals found between the pages of a book. Traces of past memories turn to the present as a peppery note swells over a calm trace of mossy wood.
The bottle, a mix of round volume and facetted shape is directly inspired by the architectural silhouettes of Balenciaga.
