Use Of Site
To accept these Terms and Conditions through this Site, it is necessary for you to certify that you are 18 years of age or older. Otherwise, you agree that you have informed your parents or guardians about these Terms and Conditions prior to registration or use, and they have approved of them.
Membership
To become a member of LUPLUS, you must :

Order Acceptance
Once you have entered your personal and payment details and placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and LUPLUS will be completed when we email you to confirm the merchandise has been dispatched. Only the merchandise listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch is included in the contract formed.
LUPLUS reserves its right not to accept an order for any reason (include, but are not limited to out of stock; shipping restrictions; pricing or product description error; unsuccessful authorization for payment)at its sole discretion.
Order delivery
Your order would be shipped via express delivery service.
Orders would be dispatched within 48 hours, or 72 hours during sale periods, after the order has been placed and accepted by us. The estimated delivery times provided by LUPLUS are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We will make no promise that the estimated delivery time must be met.
Please note extra working days for deliveries when the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, or when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above is hoisted. LU+ cannot take responsibility for any delays due to payment transaction delays.
Return or Cancellations and Refund
Please note you could not refund or cancel and return the merchandise once your order has been accepted by us. For special cases reason (include, but are not limited to out of stock; shipping restrictions; pricing or product description error; unsuccessful authorization for payment), LUPLUS reserves the right to accept or refuse your request of return of merchandise or refund without providing reasons.

All content found in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code contained in this site are the intellectual property of LUPLUS that are protected by intellectual property copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
